How It Works
A five-step process for getting your firm set up and your SMSF audits moving, from signed contract through to final report.
Contract
Account Setup
Upload Fund & Documents
Audit
Final Report
Sign the Service Contract
If you would like SMSF Auditors Hub to complete audits for your firm, download the short service contract, review it and sign it using our JustSign digital signing platform.
Once the signed contract is received, we can begin setting up your account and audit access.
You can also download the document checklist to prepare the information required for your first audit.
Account Setup & Onboarding
After the signed contract is received, our team will onboard you to the Online SMSF Audit Platform.
We will create your accountant access, explain the basic workflow and show you how to add funds and upload audit documents.
Access to the software is provided free of charge.
Experience the Platform
You can experience the software using our trial login credentials.
These are demonstration credentials for trialling the platform only and should not be used to submit real fund information.
Upload Fund & Documents
Once your account is set up, you can enter the SMSF fund details and upload the signed financial statements and supporting audit documents through the platform.
Documents remain securely available within the platform for the auditor to review during the audit process.
SMSF Audit
Once the fund information and required documents have been uploaded, an SMSF auditor will begin the audit.
If additional information or clarification is required, audit queries will be raised through the audit process so your team can respond and provide the required documentation.
Audit Completion
Once all queries have been addressed and the auditor is satisfied that the required information has been provided, the audit will be completed.
The final audit report will then be released through the online platform.
